Exjet Services offers a full range of pipe lining services and “no
dig” solutions offering everything from single length liners for
domestic situations to the installation of multiple liners for the
utility and construction industries, resin injection and pressure
grouting for sealing manholes and pipe lines against ground water
infiltration, localised epoxy resin patch repairs and pipe bursting.
Cured in place pipe lining provides a method of renovating
structurally defective pipe lines without the need for traditional
open cut excavation. Once installed the liner provides increased
structural support as well as improved flow characteristics whilst
maintaining cost effectiveness for our clients.
Exjet Services can offer lining solutions from 50mm diameter to man
entry repairs and specialise in technically and operationally
difficult lining works including single point of entry liners (blind
shot), remote lateral reopening and intrusion removal (e.g. intruding
laterals, reinforcing steel, concrete, timber, roots, scale etc),
lining fully deteriorated gravity and pressure pipes (i.e. full
structural design for ground and if required traffic loading), pipes
with multiple bends, sealing against ground water infiltration, and
lining of non circular pipes.
By offering a full liner design service we aim to provide cost
effective “no-dig” solutions to almost any situation whilst
maintaining the highest possible standards and ensuring that installed
liners comply with both Water Industry Standard 4-34-04 and the
Sewerage Rehabilitation Manual Fourth Edition. |
